Reaching a remarkable height of 365 metres, Ciel in Dubai Marina is a stunning development that will set a new global benchmark as the world’s tallest hotel upon completion. The architectural masterpiece is the latest landmark addition to the Marina district’s world-famous skyline, and The First Group’s largest and most luxurious project to date.

Designed by award-winning London-based architect NORR Group, Ciel features a striking design, contemporary interiors and a remarkable glass observation deck, which will offer incredible 360-degree vistas across Dubai Marina, the Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf.

Ciel received awards for Best International Hotel Architecture, Best Hotel Architecture Arabia and Best High-rise Architecture Arabia, at 2019 International Property Awards.

MEP work is ongoing and 93% complete.

Installation of the building curtain wall is 96% complete.

Installation of the convey system is 95% complete.

GRC cladding at the podium level is complete.

The guestroom shower-glass installation is complete.

Guestroom door work is 95% complete.

Lift lobby glass partition and floor finishes are 92% complete.

The project consultant is in workshops with the façade lighting consultant and supplier to clarify technical points before nomination.

The landscaping, project fountain, and swimming pool work are 60% complete.

MEP work throughout the building is 93% complete.

The First Group Interior Design team conducted workshops with The First Group F&B team and kitchen consultant to develop designs for the all-day dining area at levels 13 and 14.
