Norr and The First Group’s interior design team are having ongoing workshop session for the development of the guest Suites.
The operator has highlighted minor comments on Norr and The First Group’s Interior design teams concept design for the hotel corridors and common areas which are being addressed currently.
The shoring and piling contractor has obtained the following permits: 1. Excavation and site preparation. 2. Signboard and fencing.
The piling permit is expected to be issued from the relevant authorities during the month of September 2019 respectively. Meanwhile with the permits in hand the piling contractor has commenced with the following activities: 1. Cutting the steel reinforcement for the completed piles. 2. Preparing the shuttering works for the concrete work required for the pile’s cap protection.
