June - July 2025 Updates:

• The contractor has obtained the Substructure Permit from the Dubai Development Authority (DDA).

• Shoring works have been successfully completed.

• Excavation works are in progress, with 95% complete.

• The First Group Development Team is reviewing the final detailed design drawings submitted by the project architect.

• The landscape consultant has completed the schematic design stage and has commenced detailed design work.
