Dubai Land Department Appreciation Award
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) is the main government body responsible for regulating Dubai’s booming real estate sector. The DLD Appreciation Award received in 2017 acknowledges The First Group’s reputation as one of Dubai’s leading property developers and its key role in promoting the growth of the emirate’s real estate sector globally.
Middle East Hospitality Awards
The First Group’s hugely popular TRYP by Wyndham Dubai – which is recognised as the world’s biggest TRYP hotel with 675 rooms and suites – was named ‘Four-Star Hotel of the Year’ at the prestigious Middle East Hospitality Awards in 2018. TRYP by Wyndham Dubai overcame stiff competition from five other leading four-star properties in Dubai to win the award. Since opening its doors in Barsha Heights in 2017, the hip lifestyle hotel has made its mark as a dining and nightlife destination that’s popular with guests and residents alike.

KSA Ministry Of Housing (Wafi) Recognition
The First Group was honoured to receive Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Housing Award in 2018. The award acknowledged the firm’s reputation in Saudi Arabia as a highly respected and credible Gulf-based real estate developer and provides Saudi investors with the assurance that all current and future properties marketed by The First Group in the kingdom meet the Ministry’s licensing and regulatory requirements. The First Group currently operates three sales and marketing offices in Saudi Arabia located in Riyadh, Jeddah and Khobar.

Recognising The First Group’s growing profile in Asia’s biggest country and economy, Chinese real estate giants UC Forward and partner Fang.com honoured Millennium Place JVT Dubai with the prestigious Best New Design & Construction Award for 2016.
