Dubai property set to remain popular with Chinese buyers

Investment from Chinese buyers is set to continue in Dubai across the next few years, with the increasingly confident Far Eastern investors still seeing real estate in the emirate as a strong prospect for the future. 

Some of the favourable conditions that allow Dubai property to attract international buyers include the fact that they see prices as competitive in comparison to other competing markets around the globe, as well as back home in China itself. 

“Top cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen are three times more expensive than Dubai,” said one expert in Dubai property investments from China.
