The First Group’s interior design team is conducting workshops with the landscaping consultant to develop the detailed designs for the drop-off area, external seating, and pool deck.
Installation of the guestroom furniture is 98% complete.
The MEP contractor is consulting with The First Group’s IT team on requirements for hotel operations.
The project consultant is obtaining approval from authorities to enhance circulation and services to the BOH area, as requested by the hotel operator.
The First Group’s security team is liaising with the CCTV specialist to revalidate the system in compliance with regulations and SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Authority) requirements.
