Installation of the guestroom furniture is 98% complete.

The MEP contractor is consulting with The First Group’s IT team on requirements for hotel operations.

The project consultant is obtaining approval from authorities to enhance circulation and services to the BOH area, as requested by the hotel operator.

The First Group’s security team is liaising with the CCTV specialist to revalidate the system in compliance with regulations and SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Authority) requirements.

The First Group's project team has appointed fit-out contractors for the main lobby and gift shop.

The First Group's Interior Design team has completed 100% of the detailed design for the All-Day Dining and Main Lobby, and it has been published for tendering.
