April 2024 - May 2024 Updates:
Fit-out work in the all-day dining area is complete.
The all-day dining, kitchen area, and equipment installation are 90% complete.
The leisure deck contractor has completed 30% of the work.
Fit-out work in the main lobby is 20% complete.
The project consultant is obtaining approval from authorities to enhance circulation and services to the BOH area, as requested by the hotel operator.
Surface preparation for carpet and wallpaper installation is in progress at the typical corridor.
Guestroom furniture installation is complete, and TV installations will commence.
The project consultant and engineering teams are finalising the snag and de-snagging list.
