One of Dubai’s best-located precincts, Barsha Heights is home to four of The First Group’s hotel properties as well as the firm’s global headquarters

It is also one of its best-located, with Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City just minutes away by car, and Dubai Metro on its doorstep. WORLD-CLASS TRANSPORT LINKS: Barsha Heights provides direct road access to Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s world-famous thoroughfare that spans the length of the city. Grand Central Hotel Apartments: Since it opened its doors in 2013, Grand Central has proven extremely popular with business and leisure travellers. With 72 one-bedroom units and 112 executive suites, it’s popular with short- and long-stay guests and also offers a swimming pool, sun deck, gymnasium and laundry and dry-cleaning services. The building is in the final stages of a major refurbishment programme and is set to reopen its doors to guests in January 2020.
