We recently stayed at The First Collection Business Bay and had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Katerina and Andree from the excursions team. From the very beginning, their service was outstanding nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible.
Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference to our stay. If it weren’t for these two amazing ladies, our trip wouldn’t have been nearly as memorable. They are truly brilliant at their jobs and a real credit to the hotel.

it’s the personal touch that impresses me. For example i was in Dubai to ask questions about my investment. After talking here and there , Cristina Cernei showed up ! She had a calmness about her that made me more interested in the system. Then she explained kindly with details things i needed to know, as well as showed me how best to get information by myself if need me , she spoke nicely and intelligently and that made have to listen. i really appreciate her wisdom on how to deal with clients are worked up!

Our recent stay in Dubai from 1 to 21 August with my two daughters was simply outstanding, thanks to First Class Property Management. The exceptional experience began well before our arrival, with professional and detailed correspondence from Mr. Ghina, Concierge, and the attentive support of Mr. Rasheed, Guest Experience Manager.
Upon arrival, Mr. Rasheed personally welcomed us at The LOFTS Central, showed us the apartment, and ensured we felt immediately comfortable. The apartment itself is in a prime location, just steps away from Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, truly the best place to stay.
Throughout our stay, Mr. Rasheed was always available and, on the few occasions we required assistance, he responded promptly and with great professionalism.
With over 20 years of experience as a University Professor in Hospitality Management and a background working in prestigious hotels worldwide, I confidently rate this experience as excellent. Seeing how much my daughters enjoyed every moment made the stay even more special.
Though I have visited Dubai many times, this was my first experience with First Class, and from now on, I will recommend and choose them whenever possible.
