Dubai to host Meeting and Incentive Forum for first time in 2015

The organisers of the Meeting & Incentive (M&I) Forum Europe Spring 2015 conference have confirmed that the event will be taking place in Dubai from March 9th to 14th.

Hosted by Dubai Business Events in partnership with JW Marriott Marquis Hotel, Emirates Airlines and a number of other local organisations, the six-day symposium will see more than 225 top international meeting planners congregating in the emirate to attend.

Buyers will hold more than 5,000 consultations with dozens of Dubai-based event suppliers during the conference, giving some of Europe's top business event executives the opportunity to learn more about Dubai's robust infrastructure - which will potentially pave the way for more international meetings and conferences to be held in the city in future.

This will be the first time Dubai has hosted this event, following in the footsteps of other elite international cities such as Vienna and Edinburgh. It was selected as the venue based on its rapid emergence as a global destination over the last two decades.

M&I organisers cited the world-class transportation, hotels and meetings facilities in the region as key reasons why it has become a leading destination for the world business community, as well as its two international airports.

Other key attributes include its metro service, taxis, buses, water taxis and soon-to-be launched Dubai Tram network, plus the rapidly-expanding hospitality sector and wide range of dining venues.
