These Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of participation in the Titanium Rewards owner loyalty programme (the "Rewards Programme" or the "Programme") worldwide, effective as of 16 June 2013. Property Investors will be enrolled in the Programme after completing a registered sale and The First Group having received a minimum of 30% in cleared funds of the net sales value of the property. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("you," "your" "yourself" and/or "Member") and The First Group and its successors, subsidiaries, affiliates and family of brands ("Titanium Rewards," "we," "us" and/or "our").
Only eligible property investors may be enrolled in the Programme and The First Group reserves the right to approve or disapprove the eligibility of the investor at its sole discretion.
These terms and conditions stated below may be changed, modified, altered, or deleted by The First Group as felt necessary from time to time without any specific intimation to the Members. In addition, The First Group reserves the right to convert the Programme and transfer the Members' into different awards programs having different point values at any time without any specific intimation to the Members. It would be the responsibility of the Members to stay updated about the Terms and Conditions from time to time by contacting The First Group at +971 4 455 0100 in order to remain compliant with the conditions mentioned herein.
The First Group reserves the right to terminate the Programme at any time upon three months' notice, without further obligation to the Member regardless of the amount of time you participated in the Program. Upon termination of the Programme all accrued Titanium Rewards points in your account will be cancelled on the effective date of termination of the Programme as stipulated in the notice.
