L’Autorité de l’électricité et de l’eau de Dubai (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA)) a inspecté le bâtiment. L’alimentation permanente du bâtiment en électricité et en eau devrait se faire d’ici le 16/09/2019.
L'inspection par la structure responsable de la Protection civile à Dubaï (Dubai Civil Defense) est prévue le 18/09/2019. Le certificat d'achèvement du bâtiment délivré par la municipalité de Dubaï devrait être obtenu au cours de la première semaine d'octobre 2019.

L’autorité pour la protection civile de Dubaï a complété sa 1ère inspection du bâtiment. Des commentaires mineurs ont été mis en avant pendant l’inspection, qui seront complétés dans deux semaines par le contractuel.
L’Autorité de l'électricité et de l'eau de Dubaï (DEWA) a complété son inspection finale du bâtiment et confirmé que le bâtiment était conforme pour recevoir un approvisionnement en électricité et en eau. Cela est attendu pour la fin d’octobre 2019.
