Dubai Civil Defense authority has carried out their 1st inspection of the building. Minor comments were highlighted during the inspection which will be completed in two weeks by the contractor.
Dubai electricity and water authority (DEWA) has made their final inspection of the building and confirmed the building’s conformity to receive the permanent electrical and water supply. This is expected by to happen before the end of October 2019.

The contractor has completed the minor comments which were noted during Civil Defense’s 1st inspection of the building. The 2nd inspection will take place during the 1st week of November 2019. Once completed satisfactory, the Civil Defense certificate will be issued.
