Dubai has made a coveted appearance in the list of the World’s Top 100 Most Valuable Brands. Two of the emirate’s luxury hotels, the seven star Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa’s Armani Hotel, were ranked in the category of the world’s top 10 most valuable resorts, starring alongside prestigious hotel properties such as Fregate Private Island in the Seychelles.
Dubai’s feature in the high end list adds yet more weight to the global reach and appeal of hotels in the emirate. Thanks to an abundance of sunshine and events such as the Dubai Shopping Festival, Dubai hotels have had a highly positive and profitable start to 2012, with many witnessing full occupancy levels.
The top 100 accolade was announced by the World Luxury Association in Beijing earlier this month. The prestigious event is often dubbed the “Luxury Oscar Awards” and covers the top 100 luxury brands in everything from jewelry and cars, to aircrafts and yachts.
