The Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah is on track to open in Dubai in July this year, its developers have said.
Construction work is in its final stages and when it opens to visitors, it will offer five-star all-suite accommodation, targeted to high-end travellers.
It becomes the latest luxury hotel to open in the emirate and will be the Kempinski chain's first beach property in Dubai on the man-made island of Palm Jumeirah.
Once complete, there will be 244 suites, penthouses and villas, with private kitchens and pools.
There will also be a communal swimming pool, gym and spa.
Beat Peter, general manager of the hotel, commented: "The remarkable privacy and space, along with direct access to the beach and excellent five-star service offers guests the 'experience' of a life-time.
"A range of tailor-made services will be available such as a personal butler, personal chef, the Palace ceremony and many more - all aimed at creating an atmosphere of luxury, relaxation and comfort."
A sister property is also set to open on the island in 2012, named the Emerald Palace Kempinski.
