Abu Dhabi DED to attend business event
Abu Dhabi's Department of Economic Development (DED) has identified Hannover Messe 2011 as one of the events that will help the emirate improve its standing in the international business world.

To this end, the emirate is sending its largest ever trade delegation to take part in the event.

Abu Dhabi is moving towards a sustainable, knowledge-based economy as part of its Economic Vision 2030.

Indeed, its Smart Efficiency banner is seen as an ideal opportunity to drive home this vision.

DED's Mohammed Omar Abdullah, a supporter of participation at such trade fairs, said they offer a platform to "drive awareness of the diversification of the industry and our commitment to developing a sustainable economy".

"The UAE is Germany's most important trading partner in the Middle East and our relationship thrives year on year."

Abu Dhabi is the corporate headquarters of many companies and numerous multinational corporations.ADNFCR-2019-ID-800481801-ADNFCR
