The Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone (RAK FTZ) has reported high levels of satisfaction among its clients with regard to its products and services.
Announcing the results of its Client Satisfaction Survey for 2010, RAK FTZ said that newly-registered clients had been asked to fill out "Survey A" while "Survey B" was given to clients who had been associated with the free zone for at least a year.
The group said that overall client satisfaction ratings had been high across both polls, with 95 per cent of Survey A respondents and 93 per cent of Survey B respondents stating that they would recommend RAK FTZ to others.
In addition, 94 per cent of Survey A and 90 per cent of Survey B respondents said they believed RAK FTZ to be a cost-effective choice for new businesses.
"We are thrilled with the results of the Client Satisfaction Survey for 2010, because they reassure us that we are on the right track and our efforts are being recognised and appreciated by the companies and people who matter the most - our clients," commented RAK FTZ chief executive officer Oussama El Omari.
