Dubai-based telecoms provider du has confirmed it will launch the iPhone 4 in the UAE on September 25th.
The company said the phone, which incorporates a five-megapixel camera with LED flash, HD video recording, Apple's A4 processor and a Retina display, will be available with a range of tariff plans tailored for iPhone individual and business customers.
Commenting on the launch, Farid Faraidooni, chief commercial officer at du, said: "We are delighted to bring one of the most eagerly awaited smartphones to our customers. Combined with our bundled data plans, customers in the UAE can experience the new iPhone 4 as never before on the fastest and best network."
In addition, du stated that individual customers will be able to get the new iPhone 4 with its monthly plans - either the new Elite Super 100 or Elite Plan, or prepaid plan.
Meanwhile, du said that the iPhone 4 would be offered to business customers starting from AED 699 bundled with Business Super Plan benefits.
