More than half of the UAE's employers plan to take on new staff over the next three months, new research shows.
The latest Bayt.com Jobs Index study in conjunction with YouGov Siraj also found that only nine per cent of employers in the region have completely ruled out the possibility of hiring in the next quarter.
Employers across the Middle East and North Africa region were also asked at what level they are looking to recruit in the coming three months.
The survey found that junior executives are the most likely to find themselves with a job offer, gaining 34 per cent of the vote among organisations.
This was followed by higher level executives with 27 per cent of the vote.
"Clearly, the Middle East, and more specifically the Gulf, is growing as a global finance and commerce hub, and as such, graduates in these fields are likely to find it easier than others to find employment," observed Sundip Chahal, chief operating officer at YouGov Siraj.
