The company has signed a deal with the Khoory Group that will see it manage the Swiss-Inn Al Khoory Dubai, which is due to open early next year.
Commenting on the move, Swiss-Belhotel International president Gavin M Faull said: "The addition of this new property to the Swiss-Belhotel International portfolio of hotels in the Middle East is an indication of the confidence our global international hotel management company has in the Middle East region and a reflection of our belief in the growing Dubai tourism market."
Swiss-Belhotel International has expanded rapidly in recent years and has almost 60 hotels and projects in the Middle East, China and the Asia-Pacific regions.
The company is signing new hotels and projects with the aim of achieving a portfolio of 100 hotels by early 2012.
