Dubai Contracting Company (DCC) yesterday (July 6th) confirmed the handovers of three new commercial towers that were completed in the first quarter of 2010.
O14, a 22-storey office tower in Business Bay, the Single Business Tower on Shaikh Zayed Road and Code, a 14-storey office tower in Barsha, have now all been handed over to tenants, Gulf News reported.
Many tenants are reported to be in the final stages of their office fit-outs, while others have already moved in.
DCC referred to the quality of the projects, with O14 boasting an award-winning design by architects Reiser+Umemoto of New York. The tower is built with its structure on the outside in order to offer "a new concept of space", Gulf News said.
Meanwhile, the 45-storey Single Business Tower was built for Dubai investment Properties and is the latest high-rise addition to the iconic Shaikh Zayed Road skyline.
Earlier this week, a report by real estate specialist Cluttons concluded that Dubai's real estate industry is maturing, with potential property purchasers having a wealth of competitive options across all sectors.
