Villa handovers have begun in the fifth of seven villages that make up the luxury golfing community of Victory Heights in Dubai Sports City.
To date, 450 luxury villas in the community have been handed over to homeowners out of a total of 961 units.
The fifth village, Novelia, is made up of 96 villas comprising four, five and six bedroom homes, with many of the properties boasting views of the award-winning Els Club golf course, which was designed by world champion golfer Ernie Els.
Yasser Abdulrahman Al Raee, general manager at Victory Heights, said: "Handover of the first villa will further strengthen the community spirit that has already been fostered by the hundreds of families who live here, and we look forward to welcoming even more homeowners to Victory Heights in the coming months."
In addition to its proximity to both the Els Club and the Butch Harmon School of Golf, Victory Heights residents are also a five-minute drive away from the International Cricket Stadium, where national and international cricket and football matches are played.
