Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA), a government-owned free zone, has announced it will showcase its AED 1.55 billion Cedre Villas project at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2010, an upcoming real estate investment event.
DSOA officials will inform potential investors at the forum about the various projects on offer in the integrated, hi-tech Dubai Silicon Oasis park.
These include the 1,047-unit Cedre Villas development which features luxury villas and town houses in three distinct architectural models - modern, traditional, and Arabic.
In addition to its residential capacity, Dubai Silicon Oasis incorporates office towers, industrial zones and educational institutions.
Eng. Muammar Al Katheeri, senior vice-president of engineering management at DSOA, said: "Cedre Villas project combines retail outlets and educational facilities to complement Dubai Silicon Oasis' top of the line research and development facilities that have already attracted multinational companies from around the world."
Cityscape Abu Dhabi, which will be held from April 18-21 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, is widely regarded as a leading platform for the regional and international real estate community.
