Total retail sales in the UAE are expected to grow from an estimated $20.44 billion in 2010 to $26.41 billion by 2014, it has been observed.

UK-based Sage Software referred to the forecast in a recent BMI report as it claimed that the demand for customer relationship management (CRM) solutions will continue to increase in the UAE as the retail sector expands.

The company also pointed to its new partnership with Ambit Keytech, a specialised provider of enterprise solutions and technology services, which it said would help to address the growing demand for CRM solutions in the UAE.

"Our eight year partnership with Ambit Keytech not only reflects our commitment to develop better customer focused products and services but also brings us one step closer to our goal of providing ultimate customer satisfaction and our vision to expand our presence in the UAE and the rest of the Middle East region," said Vikram Suri of Sage Software.ADNFCR-2019-ID-800308098-ADNFCR
