Jumeirah Restaurants, the restaurant division of Dubai-based luxury hospitality company Jumeirah, has released further details of the upcoming Ivy restaurant launch.
The new restaurant will open in The Boulevard, Jumeirah Emirates Towers in the spring of 2011 and will be the first launch since Jumeirah agreed a deal in August to roll out Caprice Holdings-branded restaurants in the Middle East.
Jumeirah claimed that the Ivy Dubai will offer "an ideal place for lunch, dinner or simply a drink at the bar" and will be able to accommodate 172 covers including up to 16 guests in a private dining room for a more intimate experience.
Caprice Holdings' restaurant brands encompass some of London's most prestigious restaurants.
"From the glamour of Le Caprice to the elegance of Daphne's, the informality of The Ivy to the excitement of Scott's, these cover a wide variety of atmospheres and clienteles," said the group.
