Pandora, the successful international jewellery brand, has announced its entrance in the UAE retail market via its official distributor company Panmeas Jewelry, which recently opened a new office in Dubai.
Panmeas said that the brand's arrival will be celebrated with the launch of the first Pandora store at Dubai's Mercato Mall this month, shortly followed by the second store opening at Mirdif City Centre.
The first two openings are a prelude to multiple stores planned across the UAE throughout 2011, the company added.
Thomas Bay, chief executive officer of Panmeas Jewelry, said: "The opening of our new office in Dubai is due to a fast growing interest and demand for Pandora's successful genuine and affordable universe of ready-to-assemble jewellery in the UAE."
With a turnover of more than $334.5 million in 2009, Pandora is one of the world's largest jewellery manufacturers with a global distribution network spanning more than 45 countries including in Europe, the US, Canada, Australia, Brazil and China.
