Tom Cruise has revealed that part of his latest Mission Impossible film will be shot at Dubai's landmark Burj Khalifa building.

Cruise and the filmmaking team are currently in Dubai to shoot scenes for the fourth instalment of the MI franchise, which is to be called Ghost Protocol.

While Cruise revealed he will spend several days filming at Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest tower at 828 meters high, the film's director Brad Bird also praised Dubai's cityscape and architecture.

"We love the fact that it's a big, new city, that it hasn't been photographed very much ... It's almost like sets that you could never afford," he told the Press Association.

The film is also due to include scenes filmed in Moscow and Vancouver.

Earlier this week, meanwhile, Forbes Middle East, the Arabic version of the prestigious US-based business magazine, launched its first issue in Dubai.

The magazine, which is licensed by Forbes US and published by Arab Publisher House, will focus on business topics related to the Middle East and North Africa.
