The Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) is to host six of the Middle East's biggest business shows this month.
Events will cover a range of key sectors including analytical/biotechnology, consumer goods, security, digital media and healthcare. The shows are expected to attract a record number of industry leaders, buyers and visitors.
Beginning tomorrow (January 9th), Arablab will be the DWTC's first show of 2010. Last year the event, one of the biggest laboratory analytics shows in the region, welcomed over 760 exhibitors from over 48 countries.
Among the DWTC's other planned events, Arab Health will take place from January 25th to 28th. The show is the second largest healthcare exhibition in the world and last year attracted over 55,000 participating professionals and 2,200 exhibitors.
Helal Saeed Almarri, DWTC chief executive, said: "Our success in attracting leading exhibitions across a range of industries year on year is testimony to Dubai's strength as the gateway for regional business."
The DWTC recently underwent expansion and now covers over one million sq ft of exhibition space.
