Those with Dubai property for sale may welcome a new strategic partnership that could bring more investment to the emirate.
China's Qingdao Television Station (QTS) has entered an agreement with Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI) that will see the companies work together and more readily exchange their existing products.
A memorandum of understanding has been undertaken to seal the deal and in addition to the transfer of programming, more logistical assistance will be offered to parties visiting their new partner's territory.
This paperwork was signed by He Jingjun, vice-director general of QTS and DMI chief executive officer for corporate and support Faisal Abdulla - who said the move could lead to further alliances.
"Exchanging knowledge on new media and production services will be of mutual benefit to both companies … It is also in line with our mission in reflecting Dubai's image to the world," he added.
DMI recently acquired the Al-Bayan Press, Publishing and Printing Establishment.
