Property investments in Dubai could lead to it becoming the Las Vegas of the Middle East, it has been claimed.
In an interview with Caterer Middle East, managing director of Dish Catering and Events Henry Dyer explained Dubai could follow suit of the American location with the type of stars and musical acts it gets to perform.
He asserted cabaret-style shows could work really well in the region, adding people in the area are always on the look out for new and innovative entertainment.
"It needs to be very high-quality and to come at a decent price," Mr Dyer told the magazine.
"I think there's room for something like Las Vegas over this side of the world - and I think it's something consumers would really go for."
