Dubai, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia are among the most connected countries in the Arab world, it has been claimed.
From apartments for sale in Dubai to property in Ras Al Khaimah, Arab Advisors Group's Total Country Connectivity Measure report named it number one in terms of mainlines, cellular and internet user figures.
The data revealed the levels at which ICT services had been implemented in each country.
Andrawes Snobar wrote the report and noted four out of the 19 locations analysed had a connectivity measure of over 200 per cent.
The UAE, Bahrain and Saudi Arabi scored 321 per cent, 249 per cent and 248 per cent respectively.
Mauritania, Yemen and Sudan were awarded 74, 55 and 34 per cent respectively.
"This indicates a substantial potential for more growth in most Arab markets, especially in the under penetrated Internet markets," asserted Mr Snobar.
