Owners of commercial property in Dubai might find a new online resource useful.
The Department of Economic Development (DED) has launched the website aimed to improve the public's access to business-related information and procedures.
It has a clearer look and promises to be easier for the user to navigate around.
Deputy director general for planning and development at the DED explained the organisation has always viewed adapting to changing technology in a positive light.
"We are now trying to amplify our customer- focused approach, by providing more value-added services and offering easier access to crucial information in real time," he said.
People can log on to the site at www.dubaided.gov.ae. The online resource will also have links to its core agencies, including the Export Development Corporation, the Dubai Shopping Festival Office and Foreign Investment Office.
Users will be able to access economic research, consumer protection advice and find out how to register their business.
