Interest in commercial property for sale in Dubai's Entrepeneur Business Village has risen steadily with the introduction of a limited-time rate reduction offer.
The facilities, the landmark project of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders, are offering reduced rates on commercial property in Dubai until June 2nd, with the discount proving particularly popular with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Commenting on the surge in demand, Rafat Radwan Wahbeh, manager of Entrepeneur Business Village, said: "The strong response from SMEs highlights the importance of the services provided by the Village, which is the city's first integrated hub dedicated to entrepreneurs and business innovation."
The commercial property development was announced in November 2007, envisaged by Sheikh Mohammed as a fully integrated hub that would drive business innovation in the emirate, building on the unprecedented growth of recent years.
Financial institutions, strategic partners, public-private development organisations and venture capital firms have formed the bedrock of the facilities.
