Historic coffee house 'brings a taste of Italy' to Dubai

People considering buying in Dubai may be pleased to learn about a new coffee house which has just opened in the emirate.

Caffe Florian, one of the oldest cafes in Italy, is bringing its cappuccinos and mochas to Dubai, offering residents a historic taste of the European country.

Opening in the modern surroundings of the International Finance Centre, the Venetian coffee house is a contemporary version of the original Italian bistro.

Abdulla Hamad Bin Sougat, chief executive officer of DIFC Lifestyle, said: "The historic coffee house has been a meeting place for the social and cultural elite of Venice for almost three centuries and we are glad that it has chosen the Gate Village to establish its new flagship outlet."
