Investing in property in Dubai will become increasingly lucrative over the coming years, new research claims.
The second annual Investor Sentiment Survey from Jones Lang LaSalle highlighted that Abu Dhabi is likely to be the most appealing real estate market for investors for the next two years, but that Dubai is also likely to hold appeal to investors.
The Middle East will outperform other regions in the coming years, the research says.
Dubai in particular will offer good returns on rental properties, the report claims.
Although the market will be hit to some extent by the international financial downturn, in the next one or two years the emirate could prove to be in a lucrative position for investors looking to buy property in Dubai.
Market readjustment is expected to help Dubai, the report said, as investors are likely to be attracted back to the emirate. To this end, early signs of recovery are already visible, Al Bawaba notes the research says.
