Dubai land transactions peak at AED286.97m
Transactions completed on land and property for sale in Dubai peaked at AED286.97 million today (April 29th), the latest figures from the Land Department show.

According to the group, of this figure, sales totalled AED272.82 million, while the total value of mortgages issued for property for sale in Dubai reaching AED14.14 million.

The group recorded a total of 11 transactions over the course of the day, with the most valuable being a sale completed on a plot in Palm Jumeirah, which changed hands for AED14 million.

"The Palm Jumeirah area was the most active in terms of the day's sales, with some eight transactions. Ranches followed it with two sales," the department confirmed.

Palm Jumeirah had also scored the highest turnover by value by the close of the office, with AED30.5 million collected.

The Ranches recorded the second highest turnover, with the Nad Al Shiba area coming in third.
