The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) has invested in a big metreage presence at the Arabian Travel Market 2009.
Attendees at the annual event, which runs from May 5th to May 8th, will be able to a visit a total of some 74 booths hosted by the DTCM and its public and private partners.
A total of 132 co-participants from the Dubai travel sector will be taking part, all offering promotions and offers under a DTCM stand measuring 1,152 sq m.
In addition to this, Saleh Mohammed Al Geziry, DTCM director of overseas promotions, commented: "There is a 28 per cent increase in the number of hosted buyers that DTCM is bringing this year for the co-participants."
The strong presence may also encourage visitors to consider investing in property for sale in Dubai in order to rent it out to travellers visiting the emirate.
DTCM has also recently built an impressive presence at the South Asia Travel & Tourism Exchange.
