UAE and Russian officials discuss bilateral trade
Top officials from the UAE and Russia have met to discuss new trade opportunities between the two nations.

UAE foreign minister Sheikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi met with Arkady Dvorkovich, the Russian president's advisor for economic affairs yesterday (March 4th).

The Emirates News Agency reports that the pair extolled the limitless opportunities for trade between the two countries, while Lubna announced that the strong legal, regulatory and infrastructural frameworks of the UAE and Russia would help to drive this relationship in a productive and coherent direction.

Ms Lubna and her counterpart talked at length about investment opportunities in the fields of industry and agriculture, with the foreign minister pledging a commitment to investment in Russia through both private enterprise and governmental bodies.

UAE officials have also recently hosted high level talks with Swedish and Vietnamese envoys to discuss further trade opportunities between the countries, in a move which may lead to a heightened interest in Dubai property for sale among residents of the two countries.ADNFCR-2019-ID-19057474-ADNFCR
