Global banking group HSBC has opened a new customer service centre in Dubai Mall to support its growing client base in the region.
The new branch was opened at an inauguration ceremony hosted by chief executive of personal financial services at HSBC Middle East Abdulfattah Sharaf and Keith Bradley, regional head of commercial banking at HSBC Middle East.
Emiratis and expats looking to buy property in Dubai may well wish to discuss financing opportunities with the staff at the new centre.
"We believe that we can differentiate and have more customers choosing HSBC by investing in the people and resources to deliver an overall experience that customers will find superior," said Mr Sharaf.
For added convenience, the new branch will be open seven days a week serving business and personal banking customers.
The opening follows the launch of a similar centre in the Sharjah International Airport Free Zone earlier this month.
