Wataniya Airways has announced that it will run a new service linking Dubai and Kuwait later this month.
The new route will be offered from January 24th and will accommodate the luxury travel needs of residents and businessmen travelling between the two countries.
Chief executive of the Kuwaiti airliner George Cooper said that more than a year's worth of careful planning had gone into the execution of the new service.
"There has been a long and close relationship between Kuwait and Dubai and it is therefore fitting that this should be the first destination for Wataniya Airways," he said.

Elsewhere, the Khaleej Times has reported that airlines across the gulf region are cutting their ticket prices for the low season, providing greater incentive for those who are visiting the area looking for property in UAE.
Special offers and discounts have reduced prices by as much as 40 per cent.
