Dubai Properties Group (DPG) has announced the launch of the last phase of its Shorooq community in Mirdif, which will offer 1,428 residential units including studios and one and two bedroom apartments.
DPG's announcement comes after the successful leasing of the first two phases of Shorooq Mirdif, which is one of the most sought after neighbourhoods in Dubai. The family-oriented development offers annual leases at prices as low as AED49,000 for a studio, AED65,000 for a one-bedroom and AED79,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.
The success of the development highlights property investment opportunities in Dubai. The last phase will see the development of an additional 42 apartment buildings which will provide a variety of unit designs and layouts.
Khalid Al Malik, DPG group CEO, said: "The launch of the last phase of Shorooq Mirdif is testament to the project's success in meeting the market demand for affordable and quality family accommodation. Shorooq is now a thriving and dynamic community that delivers a diverse range of real estate options."
Shorooq Mirdif is designed to be an alternative to high-rise living and is located adjacent to the Rashidiya Metro station and the Dubai International Airport, with easy access from the main highways.
