The Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Festival (ADMAF) will be touring the emirates with an extensive line-up of cultural events.
The organisers of the six-year-old event have announced that this year's festivities will be stepping up a gear and pursuing a new artistic direction.
Speaking exclusively to Khaleej Times, Hoda Khamees Kanoo, the founder of ADMAF, said that the festival will be heavily focused on community engagement and celebration of the emirates' unique and rich culture.
"Apart from the communities' programme, music and dance performances including art exhibitions too have been lined up," she said.
Those heading to the emirates in search of property in the UAE may wish to check out the calendar of events running from March 21st to April 2nd as many internationally acclaimed artists including Andrea Bocelli and Angela Gheorghiu have already confirmed their participation.
ADMAF was established by Mrs Kanoo in 1996 under the patronage of Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, minister of higher education and scientific research.
