Commercial property in Dubai has been described as "extraordinary" ahead of next year when even more facilities will open.
This is according to event organiser World Travel Market, which said the emirate's portfolio of developments will rise to new highs in 2010.
Dubai as a family destination will become more popular as more theme parks and attractions, such as Dubailand, provide choice and luxury for visitors.
Ian Scott is the UK and Ireland director for the government of Dubai's department of tourism and commerce marketing. He said the location was "internationally acclaimed", with facilities that continue to keep it head and shoulders above any other global destination.
This is one of the reasons why international visitor numbers went up by four per cent in the first half of the year, he added.
"We dare to implement projects that others think unthinkable and we have an ambition that is the envy of other destinations around the world."
Those thinking of attending the World Travel Market Show can catch it in London from November 9th to 12th.
