Those with property in the UAE may be interested to learn of a trade show that has attracted government support.
CeMAT Middle East, which is organised by Deutsche Messe Dubai branch, also claims that international investors have been impressed by the UAE.
The reason behind the views is the UAE's efforts to build itself into a "logistics hub", having received USD 26 million investments for the expansion of its sea and air infrastructure facilities.
One of the major projects highlighted in the region includes the Dubai World Central airport project, launched by the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA).
Angela Schaschen, managing director of Deutsche Messe Dubai Branch, said: "There has been a remarkably strong response from international exhibitors, trade buyers and government agencies to the CeMAT, MDA and IA trade shows."
She added that positive industry player reaction in regards to the event demonstrated the good market conditions in the region.
The event runs at the same time as the MDA Middle East and IA Middle East events, which will be held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
DCAA is the governing body that looks after the development of Dubai's air transport industry.
It will start as of February 9th next year.
