The Australian singer will be making her debut performance in the Middle East region when she takes to the stage on November 20th, with a number of big-name celebrities due to jet in for the show.
Among them will be Oprah Winfrey, big screen legend Robert DeNiro, Janet Jackson and the Duchess of York, with the select audience also set to enjoy performances from mega-selling Arab artist Nawai Al Zoghbi and US DJ Sam Ronson, who will entertain the crowds well into the early hours at the show's after-party.
And for those Dubai locals or tourists unable to get their hands on a ticket for the Atlantis show, Kylie will also play to an estimated crowd of 20,000 fans as her X2008 world tour rolls into Dubai on the following night.
Welcoming the news, concert promoter AEG stated: "For years we have been waiting for Kylie to perform here in the Middle East.
"It is going to be a great night and Dubai Festival City will definitely be the place to be on November 21st."
Located on the Palm development, the 1,539-room Atlantis hotel cost some £700 million to construct and welcomed its first paying guests back in September.
