Construction Status

March Report

PHASE ONE:

• Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 de snagging has been completed.
• The asphalt roads now reach to building 6.
• The excavation for the lake has been completed from building 1 side up to Building 8.
• The tender for the MEP and civil works related to lake have been floated to the contractors.

PHASE TWO:

• The super structure concrete works for all the buildings are complete.
• Block work in Buildings 10 & 11 has been completed.
• 90% of the wall's plaster works have been completed on buildings 11 and 100% on building 10.
• 85% of the wall's plaster works are completed for building 7, 8 & 9.
• Tile and paint's works have started in building 10 & 11.
• The block works are complete in buildings 7, 8 & 9.
