PHASE TWO:

Building 7, 8, 9

• Power and water have been provided to the 3 buildings.
• Tenants have moved into buildings 7, 8 & 9.

PHASE THREE:

General Area

• Central Lake:
  All waterproofing membrane work is complete. Stone work to the water feature bank is 95% and Uniestate are aiming for completion by the end of January 2012.
• Perimeter Fence:
  The perimeter fence has been completed up to the site boundary of the Phase 2 works. The next phase will not be completed until completion of Phase 2 and the removal of site facilities. The site has been cleaned of rubble and a temporary hoarding has been constructed preventing access from the recently completed buildings 7, 8 & 9 and the buildings still under construction.
