Construction Status

March Report

• The final Building permit was received from Dubai Municipality on 28/12/2009.
• The main contractor has completed his mobilization of resources and equipment to the site.
• TFG has appointed BSBG as the new consultant for the post tender activity (super vision).
• The contractor has started the following activities on site:
  • 1. The backfilling works that are required to reach the level of design.
  • 2. The retaining wall's block works.
  • 3. The blinding concrete works in the lift bit area.
  • 4. Preparation works for the casting of the raft foundation.
