June 2011 Report
- The 26th typical residential roof slab (30th slab) has been casted on 21/06/2011.
- The top out of the building is scheduled to be on 11/8/2011.(Completion of the super structure)
- The Block works are in progress as follows:
100% completed up to level 24
20% completed at level 25. - The plaster works are in progress as follows:
Mezzanine up to and including level 20 100% completed.
Levels 21-24 20% completed. - Painting works in Basement 1 through podium 3 is 100% completed.
- Painting works levels 4 -15:
100% completed; (primer and putty coats). - MEP works (AC, drainage, water pipes, sewerage and firefighting) are in progress up to the 21st residential floor.
- Water proofing works for wet areas: levels 4-12 100% completed.
- Ceramic tiles for bathroom's walls:
Level 7 100% completed.
Levels 8 & 9 35% completed.
May 2011 Report
- 100% of the sub-structure is complete.
- The 23rd slab representing the 27th typical residential floor was cast on 28th May
- The 25th slab representing the 29th typical residential floor is due to be cast on 15th June
- Block works are in progress as follows:
Ground to Level 19: 100% completed
Level 20: 20% completed - Plaster works are in progress as follows:
Basement to Level 12: 100% completed.
Levels 13 – 17: 20% completed - 100% of painting works are completed up to Podium 3

Basement to Level 10: 100% completed.

Level 8: 50% completed. - 85% of painting works are completed up to Podium 3.
- 70% of primer coat painting works are completed between Levels 4-6:
- MEP works (AC, drainage, water pipes, sewerage and fire fighting) are in progress up to the 11th residential floor.
- The mock-up unit is complete apart from some finishing works to kitchen to be completed imminently.
February 2011 Report

- The 16th floor representing the 12th typical residential floor slab was cast on 19th February
- Block works are in progress as follows:

Level 4-9: 100% completed

Level 7: 50% completed - 75% of painting works are completed up to Podium 3

- The 9th floor was cast December.

December 2010 Report
- 100% of the sub-structure is complete
- The 7th floor will be cast on 8th December.
- Block works are in progress as follows:
- Ground-Podium 2: 100% completed.
- Podium3: 5% completed.
- Level 5: 25% completed.
- Plaster works are in progress as follows:
- B1: 100%
- Ground Floor: 98%.
- Mezzanine Floor: 95%.
- Podium 1&2: 95%.
- Painting works in Basement1 through to Podium 2 is 50% completed.

November 2010 Report
- 100% of the sub-structure is complete
- The 1st typical residential floor slab (5th slab) was cast on 22/10/2010.
- The 2nd typical residential slab will be cast on 10/11/2010.
- 100% of block work has been completed on the Mezzanine floor
- 95% of block works are complete on the Ground floor
- 80% of block works are completed on the 1st Podium floor
- MEP works are underway up to the 1st podium level.
October 2010 Report
- 100% of the sub-structure is complete
- The 4th and final podium slab was cast on 23rd September.
- The 5th floor slab being the first typical floor is due to be cast on 15/10/2010.
- 100% of the block work is complete in the basement with 50% complete in the ground floor and 10% in the mezzanine floor.
September 2010 Report
- 4th podium slab cast 23rd September 2010.
- 100% of the sub-structure is complete.
- The 3rd podium slab was cast on 1st September.
- The 4th and final podium slab will be cast on 15/09/2010.
- The casting of typical floor slabs will commence immediately thereafter.
August 2010 Report
- The Mezzanine floor was cast in the week ending 23/07/2010.
- The 1st podium slab is due to be cast by 7th August.
- The final building permit based on the revised structural design has been received from Dubai Municipality.
- The renders and the design of the upgraded units, standard units and common areas have been completed by John R Harris and Partners (JRHP).
July 2010 Report
- All the vertical elements for the structure has been cast
- Retaining walls are 100% completed.
- The shuttering and steel work for the Ground floor slab is completed.
- The Ground floor slab was cast on the 30/06/2010
June 2010 Report
- Casting of the raft foundation started at 10am on 27th of May and was completed at 4pm 28th May. A total of 4200 cubic metres of cement was used.
- The shuttering and steel works for the Ground�s floor slab has started; expected to pour the concrete at by 30th June.
- The contract documents have been delivered to us for stamping and signing on 31/5/2010.
- The revised Gross Floor Area has been approved by DSC and application submitted to DM on 1st of June for approval.
- The foundations are 100% complete.
May 2010 Report
- The steel works are in progress in the lift pit area and this is expected to be cast in mid May.
- 100% of the water proof membrane of the Floor and wall has been completed for the foundation levels.
- 100% of the solid block walls on the 1st & 2nd levels of the foundation has been completed
April 2010 Report
- Casting of the P.C.C for the lift pit is complete.
- Two layers of water proofing membrane for the floor and walls of the lift pit area are complete.
- The protection board for the wall and the protection screed for the floor of the lift pit area are complete.
- Casting of the P.C.C for the 1st & 2nd levels on the foundation is completed.
- 40% of the water proof membrane of the (Floor and wall) has been completed for the foundation levels.
- The Pile head treatment is complete.
- 85% of the solid block wall is in progress for the 1st & 2nd levels on the foundation.
- All levelling and compaction works have been completed.
- Casting of the P.C.C for the water tanks is complete.
