Chinese interest in Dubai property investments up 1,200% in a year

The appetite that Chinese buyers have for investing in Dubai property is on the rise, a new report from the Far Eastern nation has shown. 

Interest in purchasing Dubai property from Chinese has seen a significant increase of over 1,200 per cent in the space of the year to the end of August, according to a new report from the Chinese property site Juwai.com.

China has been identified as one of the key target markets for growth in Dubai investments, and officials from the emirate have attended various conferences and events in previous months in order to show Chinese buyers what Dubai has to offer. 

The large growth in interest from Chinese investors mirrors the sort of expansion that has been seen in the market in the last couple of years.
