A hotel management firm has announced that it plans to open new property in the UAE by the third quarter of the year.Rotana has announced that the two new complexes are based in Dubai and will offer another choice of luxurious accommodation for the metropolis's increasingly large number of affluent business and leisure visitors.Indeed, one of the two hotels will be the Al Ghurair Rayhaan by Rotana, a five-star resort - and the deluxe Al Ghurair Arjaan by Rotana apartments.These sumptuous complexes will be part of the new expansion of the Al Ghurair Centre, which is a retail, commercial and entertainment hub based to the north of the Dubai Creek.With the opening of these two new hotels, Rotana will be adding 621 more rooms to the city's hotel room inventory and will bring the number of resorts in the UAE under the Arjaan brand to eight.Both complexes represent the ultimate experience for guests with high-tech facilities including a wide choice of drinking and dining options, a ballroom, meeting rooms, a spa, pool, fitness centre and wellness facilities including a massage room, sauna, steam and hot tub.Executive vice president and chief operating officer of the company Omer Kaddouri stated: "The opening team, headed by general manager Mark McCarthy, is working around the clock to ensure hotel premises are perfected and ready to commence operation."The total number of rooms managed by Rotana in the UAE confirms Rotana's strong dedication in delivering premium hospitality and services and the ultimate choice for a complete accommodation experience," he added.Mr Kaddouri commented that the guestrooms and suites are all modern and serviced, with each unit being well appointed by Rotana.And the complexes offer advantages to both long and short-term occupants, with the facilities in place to accommodate tourists, those travelling on business and people relocating to the emirate from a different country.Rotana's current portfolios of property in Dubai include Al Bustan Rotana, Amwaj Rotana at the Jumeirah Beach Residence and the Villa Rotana on Sheikh Zayed Road.
