New flights to boost tourism numbers ahead of Abu Dhabi Grand Prix

The tourism sector in Abu Dhabi has been given an additional boost ahead of hosting the Formula One grand prix later this year.Abu Dhabi will host a stage of the glamorous sport's season in November and in order to make the most of the event Singapore Airlines has enhanced its flight schedule.From October 30th, the firm will launch a number of new travel options to passengers flying into and from Abu Dhabi International Airport.Ahmed Al Haddabi, chief operating officer at the Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC), said: "We are delighted to see more of our airline partners offer more choices to our passengers. Singapore Airlines improved connectivity over Changi ties into our busy winter season with the Abu Dhabi Formula One Grand Prix and the UAE's peak tourism period."This is in line with ADAC's continuous commitment to providing customers with improved services and convenient access to increasingly popular destinations around the world."
